Atlanta, Georgia NEZ Map

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone knows how to create one of these maps for a city. I would be interested in creating one for Atlanta, GA. I received an email stating "For additional information on this program and how to develop a “No Excuse Zone” map for any city, visit www.noexcusezone.com.au. but I have been unable to figure out how to get involved in creating one. From the presentation on the site, it doesn't seem like it would be too hard.
